About the event
Join us at the Certified Angus Beef Culinary Center in Wooster, OH for carcass education with meat scientists, tasting the difference of the Certified Angus Beef® brand and understanding the power of the resources available from the American Angus Association.
We will start with A BQA Training on Friday, January 17th at 1:00 PM followed by a Dinner celebration!
Saturday, January 18th we will Beef up our Beef Knowledge at 8:00 AM.
